Shipping

We process most orders within 24 hours of confirmation of payment.
After we process your order we will send you a tracking number if one is available.

If there is a delay in processing or shipping your order we will send you a message.
We ship in various boxes and soft packages, if you need discreet packaging please leave a note with your order.

Most items ship free, but you may have the option to choose faster shipping options at an additional cost. We make NO profits on shipping and we do not charge a “handling” fee. During checkout, just choose a shipping service. The free option uses surface mail, usually USPS  and sometimes can be slow. You may wait up to 2 weeks for delivery depending upon day of week you order and any holidays.  Most packages arrive in less than a week.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Your personal online security very important to us and we take it very seriously. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. We store NO credit card information on our servers.  All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

Returns

Please Inspect Your Order As Soon As You Receive It. If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective we will replace it, issue a store credit, or refund.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with one of our products or services then we are not happy. Please keep this in mind when you want to return an item. Our policies outlined below are not set in stone.   We value you as a customer and will always try to make things right.

Non Intimate Items

We accept returns withing 30 days of any non-intimate items for any reason.
Item must be returned in same condition received and in original packaging.

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by using the Contact Us form.
Items returned without a RAN number may not be correctly credited to customers account.
Upon receiving returned products, a replacement, store credit, or refund, will be sent as per customer request.
SORRY, since we ship most items for free, we cannot provide return postage for most returned items.

Intimate Apparel Items
Please note, due to State and Federal Health Regulations, intimate apparel can not be re-sold. Items such as underwear, panties, thongs, men’s boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, nipple covers, nubra, wigs and wig accessories.  This also applies to any item we sell that is labeled as an “Adult” toy or “Novelty”.
Any of these items returned will be discarded. We would not pay good money to receive a used “Adult” items, and don’t think you would buy from a store that sells used or pre-owned any of these “Adult” items.
